All About Goring Road Runners

We are a small club with around 40 members. We are members of the West Sussex Fun Run League and the Sussex Grand Prix.

We meet at the Sydney Walter Centre, Sussex Road, Worthing, West Sussex on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6.45pm ready to run at 7.00pm.

We have runners of all standards from the very fast to the slow and we are a very mixed friendly group.

Our training runs consist of around 3 - 7 miles around Worthing and weather permitting we go on to the South Downs.

We have our own inter club races, x country & road, and we have a presentation/quiz night in November each year, with other social events during the year.

We also have a running schedule issued to all members each month so that they are aware of what they are going to do on a Tuesday and Thursday, which is very useful.
